Integrity: I do not understand

Don't misconstrue sincerity. Patience often derives from the grace taught through pain. To be nonchalant should not be seen as naive. If one does settle upon this as being un-insightful, flourish in spite of such word bile. The mind has prowess over such things, it can filter out toxicity. No opinion shall pluck away petals when you sit safe but a rose holding thorns as shelter. A rose grows from heat as should we amidst all who devalue thee. Uphold your:

  • 1.

  • the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
"he is known to be a man of integrity"

Diving into the correlation of one's integrity with one's sincerity should be established here first, since despite definitions we all carry our own perceptions. Having strong moral principles can ricochet one to become more sincere in matters of morality. When a disagreement of these values arise one can become more sincere in their counter claims. Sincere; as in genuine. Sincerity holds its value to you alone. This is not negating the possibility that someone who disagrees may not trust in such sincerity. Instead, is acknowledging that the true owner of your value should be dictated by YOU. Where did these morals strive from? Where does the depth of your sincerity stem from? Does one truly have integrity if it can be challenged or changed?

As if it is fun, life loves to test patience. Testing patience like a sand clock is awaiting your face to drop. This is the moment where it matters. This exact moment is where your integrity has been challenged. Now you must duel. Not a fight outside yourself but within. Will you remain sincere in your claims never wavering or allow moments to intimidate you? Maybe it's neither, maybe you choose to accept this challenge and weigh it out. Perhaps this is a moment where you need to re analyze your own analysis. There is no wrong answer here. Only moments meant to live in. People meant to learn from. Situations meant to overcome. A view on Integrity can be one of circular levels. Where at the core there are things such as, killing is wrong. The circle all the way outside can be something like, “I will never quit my job”.  This illustrates that your core values and morals are non wavering. However as the layers unfold there will be instances where they are challenged.

If your integrity is challenged which it will be more than once, this does not negate all the circles you have built for yourself. It simply lays out options of better understanding. Re thinking yourself through processes in which you may have grown into or out of can change your integrity. If not, at atleast to consider and validify your current points. Integrity must withstand change as must we. While at the same time this stands to challenge the definition itself. If you are wavering on your principals and values how can one claim to hold integrity? How must we decipher?
